  • Chocolate Prizes and Awards

Items to be dropped-off:

  • Chocolate fundraiser money
    • Please have chocolate money in a ziplock bag labeled with your child and teacher's names
  • Library AND classroom books
  • iPads/Chromebooks for students LEAVING THE DISTRICT, all other students will keep their devices over the summer. If leaving the district, please have device/power cord/charger together in a bag labeled with your child and teacher's names
    • iPads with an End of the Year message will continue to work through the remainder of 2020.
  • Borrowed band/orchestra instruments, see email from Ms. Coy regarding drop off at Swanson on Friday May 15 between 1:00-3:00pm.

Please know we are taking safety very seriously. Based on the recommendations from the district:

  • Staff interacting with families will wear masks and gloves
  • No congregating in groups at any time inside or outside the school building
  • 6 feet of social distance from others inside and outside the building at all times.
  • At no time shall there be a direct handing off of items from staff to students/families or vice versa. This would be in violation of an acceptable social distance. Items will either be placed in trunks or placed away from the car for parent pick up
  • *Lost and Found - As it is impossible to ensure social distancing/hygenic practices as families look through the lost and found, we have decided to keep our lost and found items until a safe process is identified.
